30-Day Quality Guarantee

If your Postera Align posture corrector has a manufacturing defect or fails under normal use within 30 days of delivery, we will provide one free replacement per order or a refund (at our discretion). If a replacement isn’t available, we will offer a refund.


Delivery Guarantee

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will reship the item or issue a refund after basic carrier verification.


How to Start a Claim

Email posterateam@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo or video showing the issue

  • A short description of what happened

Most claims are reviewed within 1–2 business days.


What’s Covered

  • Defective stitching or seams

  • Material defects present on arrival or developing under normal use within 30 days

  • Shipping damage (photo required)

  • Lost-in-transit shipments (carrier verification required)


What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper adjustment, or modifications

  • Accidents or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Issues caused by an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Damage from using the product outside its intended purpose


Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement (limit: one replacement per order for eligible claims), a refund, or in some cases a partial refund or store credit.


Notes on Delivery Issues

Damaged claims require photos of the product and packaging. Lost claims may require a short waiting period if tracking is delayed, or carrier confirmation if the shipment is marked delivered.
